Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Mad Labs currently ships to select states within the U.S. in compliance with state and local cannabis laws. We ship internationally to all countries.
Before placing your order, please ensure that the products you’re purchasing comply with the cannabis, THC, or vape regulations in your area. Mad Labs reserves the right to cancel or refund any order that violates regional shipping restrictions.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days): Available on all orders. Tracked for up to $100.

Express Shipping (6- 24 Hours): Ideal for customers who want faster delivery.
All shipments come with a tracking number, discreet packaging, and adult signature confirmation when required by law.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 6–12 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3PM PST may be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Discreet Packaging
Mad Labs respects your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no visible logos, product names, or references to cannabis, THC, or vaping. Your purchase is your business and we keep it that way.
Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). While we do everything possible to get your package to you on time, Mad Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your order appears delayed or tracking has not updated, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. However, feel free to reach out to our support team—we’re always here to help investigate.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we’ve got your back:

Lost: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us so we can open a claim.

Stolen: If tracking says “Delivered” but the package is missing, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us for next steps.

Damaged: If your order arrives visibly damaged or broken, send us photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund based on the situation. Customer satisfaction and product integrity are our top priorities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Mad Labs is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If you realize the address was incorrect after ordering, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to assist, but rerouting is not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions on Vape Products
Due to PACT Act regulations, certain vape products may be subject to shipping restrictions or age verification procedures. These laws impact how, where, and when vape products can be shipped.
Mad Labs is fully compliant with all federal and state shipping regulations. If an item in your cart is restricted in your area, you will be notified at checkout, and the item may be removed from your order.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the safety and integrity of our cannabis and vape products, Mad Labs offers returns only under specific conditions, including:

Product is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery (subject to approval).
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items unless there’s a verifiable manufacturing defect.
